COLLECTION

If you have a schedule collection day, our driver will collect your dirty laundry as agreed. Please ensure all items are placed in the laundry bag ready for collection.

If you do not have a pre-arranged collection or need an additional or one-off collection, please call or email our office to arrange on 0161 833 2500 / sales@thelinenhire.co.uk

WASHING

We will wash your items for you.

Please allow a minimum of 3 working days (for standard items).

if you need an express turnaround, please call or email the office to advise to ensure we can meet your required timescales.

RETURN

The items you sent will be packed up and returned to you.

Please check all items are returned tally with what you were expecting and notify us with any discrepancies no later then 24 hours after the return day.
